رئيس الملائكة ميخائيل
Initially arriving on the scene to help the poor humans combat the creeping evil, Archangel Michael shrugged and thought, "Eh, you get the government you deserve."

Jesus Christ Receives His Cross
This is apparently Jesus from one of those Fringe alternative universes. This Jesus managed to get away with only a few minor abrasions before being forced to drag his cross through town.

Jesus And Judas Kiss
I did one similar to this a while back but never let it be said that I'm not repetitive as all-get-out...this one is a bit more detailed.
Judas plants his infamous kiss on Jesus.

Jesus Christ Is Hogging The Spotlight
I drew this to take in to my Humanities class along with a couple of older drawings. More practice on shading.

Virgin Mary
I'm practicing my shading. Here we have the Virgin Mary, however she looks a bit masculine. Although I guess a lot of my drawings look a bit androgynous. She'll be the Transgendered Virgin Mary, therefore Jesus had a really miraculous conception and birth.

Jesus Christ: The Forsaken
As Jesus Christ hung on the cross, he decided to look on the bright side: "At least I'm having a good hair day."
I'm pretty ambivalent about this Jesus. It makes me want to do another one with more anguish. This one just looks like his shoes are too tight. Did Jesus wear shoes? Probably...or sandals, most likely...flip flops...

In Progress: Jesus Christ

New year, new Jesus drawing. This Jesus is not looking nearly traumatized enough. I'll have to change up his features a little to make him look like he is really suffering for our sins. I didn't witness any sinning this holiday weekend (unless you count my binge drinking as gluttony) so he'll have to be suffering for our sins from some other random weekend. Man, do I hate when I start rambling...

Inside The Tomb
This is supposed to be after Jesus wakes up, or is resurrected as it were, and he has to tear the wrappings off of his body and face. Although to hear that shroud tell it, this drawing is all off. But anyhoo...the orb is an angel/spirit-like thing giving him guidance, or what not. My mind is not working properly today. I think I need beer.

Sujata And Siddhartha
Rachel Zoe gave Siddhartha the once over and sniffed, "Pffft! I've seen skinnier."
I know less than zero about Buddhism, but I was watching a special on it and got inspired by a skeletal statue of the pre-Buddha Buddha and decided to give it a shot. It doesn't move me like dead Jesus does, but it was an interesting exercise.

Veronica Wipes Jesus Christ's Face
So, Jesus was lugging his cross to Golgotha when he nearly collapsed and Veronica, thinking she was doing a good deed, wiped his face. But the thing is, all of his makeup came off on her towel, and Jesus had to get crucified without his face on. For shame, Veronica, what would Tammy Faye say?

Whirling Dervish
Beautiful, awe-inspiring, but creepy as hell. The trance, the otherworldly look of them...they gives me the slight willies but I still find them intoxicating. A couple of whirling dervishes.
